Northwoods Mobile Detailing

I saw the service advertised on Instagram and reached out to get details and schedule an appointment. It was easy to get scheduled and since the service is performed at your home, there was minimal effort involved. Our vehicle (mid size SUV) had mostly normal build up from 2 winters and 2 kids. We also had one more heavily soiled area after a burrito bowl incident but ultimately it didn’t require additional treatment- that and an odor treatment were both available for additional cost. Anthony arrived to set up a bit ahead of our appt time- 7:45, appt at 8. He did inquire about whether we had an outdoor faucet he could use- we have one on the front of the house, around 20 feet from the driveway. He worked for several hours and the result was very good. It was easy to pay with a tap and the price for the result was very reasonable. The ease of them performing the service at your home is hard to match. I would recommend them and if needed, will use them again. If you get worked up over details, just ask to look at the car with them before they’re done. I didn’t notice anything left behind that couldn’t be easily wiped away- a far cry from where it started!

Hi, thank you for cleaning the interior of my car. I really appreciate the work that was done inside—it looks very clean. However, I paid for both the interior detailing and exterior car wash, so I expected all areas of the vehicle to be thoroughly cleaned. Unfortunately, the interior and exterior door jambs are still quite dirty, and the back of the car also remains dirty, as you can see in the photos. Overall, I’m happy with the interior, but I was disappointed with the exterior cleaning. It would have been much better if those areas had been cleaned as well. I was expecting a more complete detail based on the service I paid for. Could you please let me know how we can resolve this?

Friendly and punctual with great communication. It was super easy to schedule and they were able to come out within a few days of scheduling. They did a great job going over details and pricing before starting. Our car had never been professionally detailed and we have a 4yo who’s been making a mess her entire life… We had a very old, stubborn, cherry Icee stain that they got down to barely noticeable!

Honestly, it could been better. I wouldn’t recommend it because my car still had some dirt spots on the door that was left by kids shoe mark from dirt over the winter. My console wasn’t clean my shifting gear leather still had dust and tiny crumbs. I asked the guy if that was all that basic cleaning does and he said yes. I still gave him tips but would probably not use this cleaning anymore. Would most likely do it myself if I had the proper equipment and tools. They recommend a deep cleaning with extra charge before they came out to clean my car. I decided to go with the $199 special to see how they do first. It wasn’t what was shown on Facebook. With all the good ratings I gave it a try.

Amazing got all the salt off! Super nice and polite, Definitely got most of the dog hair off my carpet in the trunk. I paid just a little over 230 and I would say it’s definitely worth it! He took his time spent 3 hours detailing.
